Shipping Policy:

At Pattij Artisan Creations, I am pleased to offer, Free shipping on all orders. Once your order is placed, please allow up to 24 hours for processing. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. I will provide tracking information for your shipment, though it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to become available. I only ship within the contiguous United States, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Return Policy:

I have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 15 days, your item is no longer eligible to be returned. To start a return, please contact me at creativity@pattijartisancreations.com NOTE: Item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in it’s original packaging.

Refunds:

I will notify you by email once I receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 days have passed since I approved your return, please contact me via email.
